Biography:
Married with two children, enjoys traveling, history, genealogy, and gardening. Mr. Fischer has spent nearly his entire legal career as a pro bono practitioner and, although he is in private practice currently, he and his wife both serve as volunteer lawyers at the St. Louis Chinese Christian Community Center.
